QUICK TIP FOR THE DAY


I know a lot of people love feasting on junks; cookies, pies, pizzas, chocolates, cakes and all. I could be guilty at times too...lol. But as much as we like to indulge ourselves with these things, the least we can do is know how to burn out the calories consumed.

As shown above, 1 small chocolate chip cookie contains about 50 calories, and would require 10 minutes of BRISK walking. And the time multiplies as you eat more. So let it always ring in your mind what you have to do when you are about to eat these things. The use of a treadmill is equally effective, so you can subscribe to a gym or get a personal one if you can.
