The highly revered show held yesterday at
Los Angeles, California, and for the fifth year in a row, LL Cool
J was the host. The night started and ended with a bang, featuring
performances from a staggering list of superstars, including Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Kendrick Lamar, The
Weeknd, Adele, Rihanna, Lady Gaga and more!
The full and very long list of nominees and
winners is below, and there was some really tough competition among the
contenders. The big winner was Taylor Swift with 3 awards, but there were many
double award winners though, including The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamar, Ed Sheeran and
more.
The most controversial category was the album of the year, that many thought Kendrick Lamar was the one to beat, but Taylor Swift won the award making her the first woman to win that category twice for the first time ever.
