Now, this isn’t meant to defame or slander any product; only to enlighten us and remind us too much of everything is bad.
A single can of energy drink contains as much as 500mg of caffeine – the equivalent of five cups of coffee. It is estimated that 68% of adolescents, 30% of adults and 18% of children under the age of 10 consume energy drinks.

Mixing energy drinks with alcohol can cause cardiac problems because the former acts as stimulants while the latter acts as depressants.Energy drinks have the effects caffeine and sugar provide. As a result, "excessive" energy drink intake lead to other numerous health problems, including hypertension, heart palpitations, nausea and vomiting, psychosis, convulsions, high blood pressure and death.
